COLLEGE ANNOUNCEMENT SIGNING PARTY SET FORNOV. 9 The Hall of Champions’ annual College Announcement Signing Party, scheduled for November 9 th at 8 a.m., celebrates and recognizes high school senior student-athletes planning to compete in intercollegiate athletics. Each year, hundreds of student-athletes, relatives and friends attend this event, not only excitedly getting a chance to announce where they’re going to school next fall, but to meet and compare notes with others who will be attending their same college. All sports will be recognized except for football, boys and girls soccer, and boys’ water polo – individuals in those sports will have their moment on Wednesday, Feb. 1. Who: Those signing a National Letter of Intent plus those who will continue their athletic careers at 4-year universities which do not require a National Letter of Intent (Ivy League, service academies, Division II, III, NAIA). When: Nov. 9. Doors open at7 a.m.and the program begins at8 a.m.We try to conclude by9 a.m.to allow students to return to school.
