The MiraCosta Promise is a financial support programthatwill provide a year of college without fees and funding toward textbooks and instructional supplies to eligible 2017 high school graduates that attend MiraCosta in the fall. Sunday, March 5th, is Carlsbad High's 60th Birthday. ASB kids will be going on CHSTV beginning this morning to share some of the history and traditions of CHS. Here is a link to that information in case you would like to know more about Carlsbad High School. It can also be found on Lancer Nation. It is from an article that appeared in Carlsbad Magazine and was written by long time ASB Director TR Robertson. On Friday, in honor of the 60th birthday we would like everyone to wear purple. Please encourage your students as well. CHS will have more festivities next school year as we celebrate the 60th football season and the 60th Lancer Day.

We will split the day as follows: Freshman:10am-11am Sophomores:11am-12pm Juniors:12pm-1pm Seniors:1pm-2pm Each group is to show up 15 mins before their session to check in, get their numbers, and turn in their check for cleats if they have one. Mondaywill proceed as planned from10am-2pmwith selections afterward.
