Dear current CHS 10th grade Students and Parents: This week the CHS Counseling Department will be visiting 10th grade English classrooms on Wednesday and Thursday (2/27- 2/28) to conduct Course Selection presentations. All of the forms that will be distributed during our presentation can be found on the CHS Counseling Department website under the Student Resources By Grade Level Sophomores tab. The following week, 3/5 - 3/8, counselors will follow up with each student in a one-on-one meeting during their English class to review individual course selections and answer specific questions for next year. Students: please remember to bring your completed Course Selection Form, with parent signature, and enter your courses into Aeries in the “Academic Plan” before your one-on-one meeting with your counselor. A specific date for your follow up meeting will be given during your Course Selection presentation. On February 26th, from 8am to 1pm, Carlsbad High School once again will be having a Blood Drive in conjunction with the San Diego Blood Bank. You must be at least 17 years old to give blood, and parents or students may donate. If you are 17 years old, you must come with the attached permission slip.
