Interested infall cross country? Great!If you are a returning xc runner, incoming freshman or considering joining us for a summer and fall season of endurance training, fitness, and competition along with some great team bonding, please fill out the . Preseason begins July 8th - Aug. 11th and the first day of practice is Aug. 12th. Tryouts are the week of Aug. 26-30 with our first meet August 31st at CCA for the Raven Invite. Be sure to complete your athletic and updated sports physicals before our first day of preseason if you plan to attend. Once you've completed the inquiry form, we will be sure to send you updates! Feel free to share this post with any incoming freshman or new to cross country athletes. Time standards to make the team are posted below. Be sure to keep up with your off season and summer training to earn a spot on the CHS Cross CountryTeam.
