This survey will help in my A.P. Research Project, as I am collecting data onstudent-athletes' perception of the coaching they receive. This data will be related to student-athlete injuries, to help make high school sports safer for all students. In order to protect respondent's identity and privacy, all responses will be kept confidential. No names, other identifying information, nor individual responses will be shared. Responses will be summarized and analyzed in the report.Thank you in advance for taking the time to answer these questions and for helping me complete my research studies.
