Executive Council

The Executive Council is the student leadership of ASB, responsible for overseeing the entire class and carrying out duties to maintain a well-functioning student body. Comprised of the members listed below, the Executive Council are selected based on their leadership and experience in coordinating student involvement and promoting school spirit.

ASB President

ALLI POLMAR

Hi my name is Alli Polmar and I'm the ASB president for the 2017-2018 school year. As ASB president I represent lancer nation and help lead our student body through another great year. Along with ASB, I am also the yearbook editor in chief. I love being apart of CHS and can't wait to see what this year has in store!

ASB Vice President

Kira Manuel

Hi! My name is Kira Manuel and I am this year's ASB Vice President. I am so grateful to be apart of such a spirited high school and community, and I hope to help continue our traditions and spirit. I can't wait to represent the student body this year, and I hope it is a great year for everyone!

Kate Harelson

Hi, my name is Kate Harelson, and I am the CHS ASB Secretary. Since freshman year I have loved being a part of Carlsbad's school-spirited environment. I love being involved in student government, as I was junior class vice president and I am a part of senior class council. I hope to make it a great year for everyone.

Hi, my name is Avery Hanan and I'm the ASB Treasurer. I am so happy to be a part of the wonderful, spirited environment here at Carlsbad High School. I am a member of the women's volleyball team and a Royal Lancer here on campus. I cannot wait to lead Carlsbad to its best year yet!

Hannah Vandenkolk

Hi, my name is Hannah Vandenkolk and I'm the ASB Sergeant at Arms for the 2017-2018 school year. I have always loved Carlsbad High School, and its welcoming environment. Outside of school, I am a competitive gymnast, and intern in a fifth grade classroom. I hope this is everyone's best school year yet!

Hi my name is Olive Robertson and I'm ASB Activities Director for the 2017-2018 school year. As the Student Activities Director I am responsible for planning, organizing, and running all activities for Carlsbad High School. Continuing, building, and creating traditions through the many activities and events we put on is such an important aspect of the spirit and community feeling we keep as lancers.
